What is PrimaPin?
PrimaPin is a secure payment system which allows you to use any U.S. issued Visa or MasterCard to immediately purchase prepaid calling cards. These cards can also be used to receive equal eCash credits at certified merchants.

How does it work?
Registering for your PrimaPin account is quick and easy. Within minutes you can:
   A) Register for your free PrimaPin account
   B) Purchase a calling card with your Visa or MasterCard
   C) Redeem your calling card for eCash credits or to make long distance calls

How do I sign up?
You can sign up for a PrimaPin account within minutes by clicking on the "Buy Your Card" tab and filling out a short form. Immediately thereafter your PrimaPin username and password will be sent to you by email.

I purchase phone time?
After logging into your PrimaPin account, following the links to purchase a new card or simply refill an old card on your personal card purchase history page.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept all U.S. issued Visa and MasterCard.

When can I start using it?
You can start using your PrimaPin cards immediately after purchase!

How do I make a call?
After you receive your PIN/card number, dial the appropriate toll free number located in your email from PrimaPin and follow the instructions provided on the phone line.

How do I fund my eCash account?
After loading your PrimaPin account, go to your merchant's deposit page and select the PrimaPin method. Enter your requested transfer amount, Card Number (PIN) and Control Number then click Make Deposit to complete the transaction. The funds will be immediately transferred.

Can I use my time for calls and funding my eCash account?
Yes, your cards can be used for both funding your eCash account and for making long distance calls, providing you have a sufficient balance. You can confirm your current balance by logging into your PrimaPin account.

When does my time expire?
Your time expires 6 months after purchase or 3 months after first use.

How do I check my balance?
Simply login to your PrimaPin account to view your balance and account details.

You can check your balance by going to the Purchase History page of the PrimaPin site. This page will display all of your purchased cards and their current balances.

Can I redeem unused time?
Yes, your unused time can be redeemed for eCash credit. Please check with your eCash merchant for the minimum amount that can be purchased.

What is my user ID?
Your user ID is the email address you used when first establishing your PrimaPin account.

How do I get a password?
Immediately after signing up for your PrimaPin account, you will receive an email containing your password. We recommend you change this password to something more convenient the first time you log into your PrimaPin account.

What are the customer support hours of operation?
Live customer service is available between 9am - Midnight EST. Our toll-free customer service number is 1-866-997-7462.

What security measures does PrimaPin.com have in place to protect my personal information?
PrimaPin employs a sophisticated, multilevel security concept that affords maximum protection. Personal data is always transmitted exclusively via a SSL-secure browser connection. Your data is always protected against manipulation and interception through the use of the latest encryption procedures. We employ technologies recognized worldwide to prevent unauthorized use of your personal information.

Are the cards or any portion of them refundable?
Any unused prepaid phone card may be returned for a full refund less a 15% processing fee within two (2) days from date of purchase. Partially used phone cards may be returned for a refund equal to the dollar amount remaining on the phone card less a 25% processing fee, only if the amount remaining is more than 80% of the original value of the card. An explanation of the reason the phone card is being returned must accompany the refund request.

PrimaPin's refund policy may be changed without notice at a later date. Any and all changes will be posted on this site.
